Fall Festival of Missions & Annual Business Session

Join us September 21-22 at Valley View Church for Graciously Reaching Out Worldwide. We will have the opportunity to hear from women representing Evangelical Church Missions, OMS, WGM, and Wycliffe, as they share how God’s love is impacting the lives of women around the world.

Enclosed you will find the Fall Festival Registration Form.  If you’ve never attended or haven’t for a long time, please consider making it your Fall event this year.  You will be blessed and will be a blessing to others.

So grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  2 Peter 3:18

This is also our Annual Business Session where we will be electing the Women’s Ministry Leadership Team, voting on projects for 2008, and approving our budget.  The Evangelical Church has a representative form of government, where each church, no matter the size, has an equal vote.  Two voting members represent each church; one the Women’s Ministry Leader/Evangelical Women’s President and the other a woman selected by the women of the church.

Spring Retreat 2008

If you missed Spring Retreat 2007, you really missed Spring Retreat!  We had great weather, fabulous food, wonderful fellowship, and a great time of GROWing together.  God’s presence was evident, as women committed their lives to “God, if you can use one more ordinary woman, use me.”  I believe that God is already using the 150+ women who stood together indicating their desire to be God’s hands and feet to a world that desperately needs Him.

So, let me encourage you to begin planning now for Spring Retreat 2008.  It will be held at Seaside, OR, May 2-4.  Our speaker is Kathy Slamp and you can learn more about her and her ministry at www.vesselministries.com.
