		Stewardship Development Planning Guide Stewardship of Talent I. Assess baseline spiritual gifts data in your church When has it been preached and taught? What do you know about attendees' gifts? How is that knowledge employed to shape ministry? II. Sunday School/Small Groups – Simultaneous Lessons follow up service messages with emphasis on gift definition through Scripture study, gifts identification through inventory, and gift application through home exercises and church ministry opportunity. V. Re-evaluate Baseline Data - 3 months and 9 months When will you promote and reinforce gifts use? What data do you now have? How are you using it to make ministry more effective? VI.
