With Finance committee, determine number of giving units vs. attending units, average giving per attendee for General Budget, Missions and Special Projects, and monthly giving totals and units going back 2-3 years.

II. Council Devotional - The Tithe and Trust

Emphasis on the relationship between developing a tithing relationship with God as one means of His trusting us with ministry leadership opportunities.

III. Service Messages - 4 week series

IV. Sunday School/Small Groups - Simultaneous

Following the sermon series, these lessons focus on the application of scriptural principles. Encouragement of involvement of families in church general support and special projects.

V. Re-evaluate baseline data monthly

Track all areas for monthly report to council
