Accidental Death and Disability Insurance

Long Term Disability Insurance is provided to full time Pastors assigned by the Conference Superintendent, with premiums paid thorough the Program and Administration Fund (PAF). Currently, our provider is Regence.

Summary of Benefits
Full Time Status	20 hours per week or more
Eligibility Waiting Period	1st month following or coinciding with 30 days of employment
Amount of Coverage	Based on last 12 months base salary (no bonuses, honoraria, etc.)
Normal	60% of base salary, per month
Minimum	$100 or 10% or base salary per month
Maximum	$5,000 per month
Elimination Period	90 days
