December is Open Enrollment Month

Open Enrollment is the one time each year when pastors and employees of
Pacific Conference Churches may:

1. Enroll for the plan because they missed the New Employee Enrollment
available for their first 30 days on the job.

or

2. Make a change from Health Net to Kaiser or from Kaiser to Health Net

You must complete an application for the company you want to enroll in and submit it to us by December 14th (or closest weekday prior).
