The idea of The Pacific Evangelical School of Ministry
was born from the prayers and deliberation
of the Pacific Conference Board of Ministry.

How best do we provide Christian workers who know, adhere, preach,
and teach faithfully the doctrine of The Evangelical Church?
To answer this question, the Board pursued meetings with Western Evangelical Seminary, the Annual Conference, and ministerial candidates.
The result is an extended program of theological education designed
to fulfill both the Conference Course of Study
and the Alternate Graduate Level Study Program.

Accreditation

The Pacific Evangelical School of Ministry has been authorized by the
State of Oregon-Office of Degree Authorization to operate in Oregon
and offer the Master of Ministry degree

This school is a nonprofit corporation authorized by the State of Oregon to offer and confer
the academic degree described herein, following a determination that state academic
standards will be satisfied under OAR 583-030. Inquiries concerning the standards or school
